Returns and Fees:
We are happy to accept your return within 30 days of delivery, and will abide by Amazon 3rd Party Seller policies and guidelines.
Any new or collectible items that are manufacturer sealed should be returned in the same condition; sealed, unopened, and unused. All returns will be inspected and must be the exact same item that was shipped. If the item has a serial number, it must match what was sent. We keep a record of which serial number is sent to each of our customers. Any return that is different from what was sent will not be accepted. There will be up to a 50% restocking fee for all returns that are not due to a mistake made by [STORE_NAME] and are returned in a condition other than the original new, unopened, sealed and unused condition. There will be up to a 10% restocking fee for returns that are not due to a mistake made by [STORE_NAME] and are returned in the original new, unopened, sealed and unused condition. Exception for categories of software and video games is below. There will be a 100% restocking fee for software and video game categories that are opened and/or used.
Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with outgoing and return shipping when the return is not due to a mistake made by [STORE_NAME].
If a customer orders a product requiring Freight Shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to be available for the Freight Carrier to contact them and schedule a delivery appointment. If they do not make themselves available, or miss their appointment, this will cause the company to be unable to deliver. The failed delivery will be counted as a refusal and the customer will be liable for all shipping charges incurred in these cases as well, outbound and inbound.
If we find evidence that you are DROPSHIPPING, we will NOT accept ANY returns. All sales are final.
