FBA Inventory Reconciliation
Often times with FBA there can be a lot of discrepancies with the inventory sent vs. inventory actually received by amazon. It is important to stay on top of this and create support cases for any shipments where the inventory is not 100% received. Here is the template I use when creating a case with amazon. This template has helped me get reimbursed $1000s from lost inventory on amazon's part.

Hello, I am requesting for further research to be conducted for 1 missing unit of (ASIN). I have attached invoices showing proof of inventory. Three different members of my team review shipments prior to shipping them out to ensure accuracy of quantity and items that are sent out. I would like to receive reimbursement for this discrepancy. Thank you. What To Include Amazon requires you to submit proof of inventory with your support case. Make sure to combine a pdf with all of the order invoices for the particular asins that you are creating a case for. If there is a discrepancy of 10 units of 1 asin, you will need to provide order invoices/confirmations showing at least 10 units combined for proof that you purchased all 10 units.
