However, you do need a business license which costs roughly 75$ for the year. You need this license number to start an Amazon account. The steps of getting one are fairly straight forward:

You need to have a EIN number to start this process

  1. Go to https://onestop.delaware.gov/

  2. Crete an account and click on 'Register a business'

  3. On the selection on what applies the best for your business, select 'My business is already incorporated in Delaware and I need a business license'

  4. Fill in all the information and complete your application

  5. Pay for the business license and you have officially gotten your business license
