FBA Small & Light Program

Guide to Amazon's Small & Light Program and why it's valuable for you.

Overview

If you sell small, light, and lower-priced products, standard fulfillment fees can kill your profitability by making them too expensive. Amazon’s “Small and Light Program” allows merchants to sell small inexpensive products for a more balanced price, allowing you to sell products that wouldn't normally be profitable. Read below to determine if your products are eligible.

Requirements

The FBA program does have three specific requirements:

• Each unit should weigh less than or equal to three pounds.

• Each unit has a dimension of less than or equal to 18” x 14” x 8”.

• Priced $12 or less.

The product types below are not eligible:

• Restricted products

• FBA prohibited products

• Adult products

• Dangerous goods identification guide (hazmat)

• Temperature-sensitive products (such as chocolates)

Program fees

Below are the reduced fees associated with the Small and Light program:

❗The FBA Label Service fee for Small and Light items is $0.10 per unit.

How to Apply

To see what products are eligible, simply head on over to the Small and Light "Enroll products" tab, then click "Quick enroll +". Keep in mind, you need to enter the product SKU, not the ASIN. You can find the product SKU by going to your inventory in Seller Central:

Use that SKU to see if your product is eligible.

click "Enroll Selected Products".
